Hailing from Upstate NY, HTW has worked tirelessly since their inception to distinguish themselves and rise from an underrated local music scene. As a result of this dedication they have found themselves standing firmly at the front lines of a quickly growing positive metal movement. After forming in late 2002, Heal These Wounds began playing shows in and around their hometown of Albany, NY. The band has shared the stage with acts such as: Hatebreed, Bury Your Dead, All That Remains, Shadows Fall, Darkest Hour, Emmure, Haste the Day, August Burns Red, A Life Once Lost and many others. HTW released "Deconstruct the Confines" in July 2005, and have toured extensively to support this self-released EP. HTW has been hard at work writing and recording new material for their next release. With their remaining time, the band has been playing as many shows as they can find. You can catch HTW on tour this summer with Victory Records "ARISEandRUIN" and Ironclad Recordings Artist "Kill What I Adore".
