With more than twenty years as a stand-up, Louis C.K. is one of the most honest and respected comedic voices of his generation finding success in television and film as well as the live stage.

As a stand-up, Louis is in the midst of his second national theater tour, “Louis C.K.: Hilarious.” Louis’ latest hour special, “Louis C.K.: Chewed Up,” premiered on Showtime in October and was released on CD and DVD in December. His first hour special, “Louis C.K.: Shameless,” premiered on HBO in January 2007 and is available on DVD. Louis made his London debut performing “Chewed Up” in a sold-out run at The Soho Theatre July 30 – August 23, 2008 and he presented the show at the Edinburgh Festival to rave reviews.

As an actor, Louis will star in the upcoming Ricky Gervais film, “This Side of the Truth,” alongside Jennifer Garner and Rob Lowe. In July Louis was seen in “Diminished Capacity” with Matthew Broderick, Virginia Madsen and Alan Alda.

Louis is currently creating his own sitcom for CBS and he created and starred in HBO’s first traditional sitcom, “Lucky Louie,” about the struggles of first time parenthood.
