Cadrin is a pop-prog-rock singer-songwriter outfit, originally from Massachusetts and Connecticut. With influences ranging from The Dillinger Escape Plan to Mason Jennings, to Miles Davis, the culminating music brings the listener along for an interesting ride. Cadrin’s ability to craft “pop” songs incorporating odd time signatures, jolting changes in feel, intricately woven melodies, all along with a boisterous stage presence certainly demands attention. By combining elements of jazz, folk, indie and “prog-rock,” Cadrin’s music is an experience.
