In the depths of the heavily wooded Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, on a small back road farm; existed a little red house. At first glance the house is nothing but an old drafty farm home, but the nature of the beast lies within.
It was in this old red house several gifted musicians came together to do what they do best: ROCK! What started out as a simple jam, morphed into the creature that is RedHouse. The band plays an awesome concoction of hip swinging blues, ball grabbing funk, toe tapping country, and face melting rock. Mark spent 2 years at Berklee College of Music, in Boston, MA. for music performance, And has spent time in Nashville as a lead guitarist for local country artist Wayne Warner... Chris has a Jazz performance degree from Johnson State College and is an accomplished bassist in every aspect of music imaginable, Travis has also spent time @ Johnson for Music performance and is an in-demand drummer in the Kingdom... RedHouse has a few albums worth of rocking original material. But the members have played in the barroom circuit enough to fill out a few nights of covers as well....So sit back, have a drink and see where the music of RedHouse can take you.
Hailing from the NEK of Vermont is The Firing Line, a three-piece that fuses many genres of music to create their own unique sound. Kyle, in charge of guitar and vocals, puts his own spin on classic techniques to create a style all his own. Chris, in charge of bass, takes bits and pieces from many different bass players and melts them all down with his own flare to create a unique bass style. Josh, the man on the skins, takes drumming to a whole new level. One has to hear first hand to really understand what is happening with this Animal. The band has performed on and off with each other as well as other side projects and plans to do some serious recording together in the near future.
